UAE Police Academy Exchange Program
Introduction
In partnership with the UAE Ministry of Interior and the IACP, the Police Academy Exchange Program enrols a select group of international police officers in a five-month basic academy at the Abu Dhabi Police College (September 2026 – February 2027). It is a condensed version of the national cadet academy — physical training, drills, practical exercises, and academic study — ending in a graduation ceremony. The UAE Ministry of Interior covers flights, lodging, meals, medical insurance, uniforms, and a monthly stipend.
