How to Apply

Complete the steps below in order. Each step is checked automatically; you review and correct the extracted details before continuing. Below each step you will find the required document, accepted format, the rules, and an example of what would fail.

1. Passport

Required document: A clear scan or photo of your passport (photo page).

Format: PDF or image (JPG/PNG). One file.

Rules:

  • Age must be between 22 and 41.
  • Passport must be valid for at least 1 year.
  • Sex must be stated (Male/Female).
Example of a failed rule: Failed — applicant is 20 years old; age must be between 22 and 41.
2. Resume / CV

Required document: Your current professional CV.

Format: PDF or Word. One file.

Rules:

  • You must currently serve in a military or police role.
  • Your workplace must be a military or police organisation.
  • Between 1 and 15 years of experience.
Example of a failed rule: Failed — current position is "Marketing Manager" at a private company; must be a serving police/military role.
3. Education Degree

Required document: Your highest educational degree certificate (any level).

Format: PDF or image. One file.

Rules:

  • Any education level is accepted (a bachelor is not required).
  • The certificate must be authentic (not forged/tampered).
  • Must be in your name (matches the passport).
  • Your degree level and grade/GPA both count toward your score (they do not cause a fail).
Example of a failed rule: Failed — certificate shows signs of tampering (mismatched fonts and an altered date).
4. IELTS

Required document: Your IELTS Test Report Form.

Format: PDF or image. One file.

Rules:

  • Overall band must be above 5.5.
  • Taken within the last 2 years.
  • Waived for nationals of the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.
Example of a failed rule: Failed — overall band is 5.0; it must be above 5.5.
5. Statement of Purpose

Required document: A 250–500 word statement on why you should be selected.

Format: PDF or Word. One file.

Rules:

  • Must include your full name, rank, and agency.
  • Name must match the passport.
Example of a failed rule: Failed — the statement does not state your rank; full name, rank, and agency are all required.
6. Recommendation Letter

Required document: One recommendation letter from your direct supervisor.

Format: PDF or Word. One file.

Rules:

  • Exactly one letter, from your direct supervisor/commander.
  • Must include the recommender's name and email.
  • Must clearly recommend you (name matches the passport).
Example of a failed rule: Failed — the letter is written by a colleague; it must come from your direct supervisor.
7. Emergency Contact

Required document: A short form — no file to upload.

Format: On-screen form.

Rules:

  • One relative: full name, relationship to you, and phone number.
  • One work supervisor: full name, role/rank, and phone number.
Example of a failed rule: Failed — the work supervisor's phone number is missing; both contacts need a phone number.
8. InBody Test

Required document: Your InBody body-composition report.

Format: PDF, image, or Word. One file.

Rules:

  • Minimum height — male ≥ 165 cm, female ≥ 160 cm.
  • Body fat (maximum) — male ≤ 30%, female ≤ 35%. Lower scores higher (ideal: male ≤ 25%, female ≤ 30%).
  • BMI between 18.5 and 30 (ideal ≤ 26 scores higher).
  • Waist-to-hip ratio — male ≤ 0.90, female ≤ 0.85.
Example of a failed rule: Failed — BMI is 31.2; it must be between 18.5 and 30.
9. Physical Abilities

Required document: A self-declaration checklist — no file to upload.

Format: On-screen checklist (tick each benchmark you can meet).

Rules:

  • Three benchmarks: 2.4 km run, push-ups (2 min), and sit-ups (2 min).
  • The exact target depends on your age group and sex, shown next to each item.
  • Example (male, under 29): run ≤ 14:30, ≥ 18 push-ups, ≥ 22 sit-ups.
  • Example (female, under 29): run ≤ 15:40, ≥ 8 push-ups, ≥ 18 sit-ups.
  • Targets ease with each older age group.
Example of a failed rule: Failed — applicant cannot meet the 2.4 km run time for their age group.
10. Medical Report

Required document: Your medical fitness report and lab results.

Format: PDF or image. Up to 10 files.

Rules:

  • Overall result must be FIT.
  • Clear of infectious/communicable diseases (HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B, tuberculosis, leprosy, others).
  • Clear of chronic diseases.
  • Normal blood sugar (no diabetes).
  • Not pregnant (not applicable to male applicants).
Example of a failed rule: Failed — a chronic condition (hypertension) is reported. (Lab alert: Cholesterol result is 260 while the maximum should be 190.)
11. Medications & Clinical Conditions

Required document: A short form — no file to upload.

Format: On-screen form.

Rules:

  • Declare whether you take any medications; if yes, specify which.
  • Declare whether you have any clinical conditions; if yes, specify which.
  • Disclosure only — declaring a medication or condition does not by itself fail the step.
Example of a failed rule: Failed — answered 'yes' to taking medication but did not specify which.
12. Vaccinations

Required document: An official vaccination record from a healthcare institute, listing the vaccinations you received.

Format: PDF or image. One file.

Rules:

  • An official vaccination document is provided.
  • The vaccination name(s) are listed.
  • Must be in your name (matches the passport).
Example of a failed rule: Failed — the document is not an official healthcare record and lists no vaccination names.
13. Personal Photo

Required document: One passport-size personal photo (head and shoulders) — NOT in uniform.

Format: One image file (JPG/PNG).

Rules:

  • A passport-size head-and-shoulders photo is provided.
  • The photo is clear and genuine (not edited/AI-generated).
  • The person matches the passport photo.
Example of a failed rule: Failed — the photo is blurry and the face is not clearly visible.
14. Full-Body Uniform Photo

Required document: One full-body photo (head to feet) of you wearing your official military/police uniform.

Format: One image file (JPG/PNG).

Rules:

  • A full-body photo (head to feet visible) is provided.
  • You are wearing an official military/police uniform.
  • The photo is clear and genuine (not edited/AI-generated).
  • The person matches the passport photo.
Example of a failed rule: Failed — the full-body photo is not in uniform.
15. Conduct Record

Required document: A conduct / good-behaviour certificate from your employer or a competent authority.

Format: PDF or image. One file.

Rules:

  • A conduct / behaviour record must be present.
  • No disciplinary action or misconduct on record.
  • Must be in your name (matches the passport).
  • Your conduct rating (excellent/good/satisfactory) counts toward your score.
Example of a failed rule: Failed — the record shows a disciplinary suspension; a bad conduct record cannot be accepted.
16. Security Clearance

Required document: Your security clearance / police clearance certificate proving no criminal history.

Format: PDF or image. One file.

Rules:

  • The clearance must be approved.
  • No criminal history of any kind.
  • Must be in your name (matches the passport).
Example of a failed rule: Failed — the certificate lists a prior conviction; a criminal record cannot be accepted.

Once every step passes and you sign the truthfulness declaration, your application is submitted for review. The admissions office will contact selected candidates.
